These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AZ Recruitment Pty. Ltd. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
1Introduction
Welcome to AZ Recruitment Pty. Ltd. (ABN: XX XXX XXX XXX) ("AZ Recruitment", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (azrecruitment.com.au) and all related recruitment services.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2Services Provided
AZ Recruitment provides the following professional recruitment services:
- Permanent Recruitment: Sourcing and placing candidates in full-time roles
- Temporary Staffing: Providing short-term and contract workers
- Executive Search: Headhunting for senior and C-suite positions
- RPO Services: End-to-end recruitment process outsourcing
- Career Services: Resume writing, interview coaching, and career consulting
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3Terms for Employers
3.1 Engagement
When you engage AZ Recruitment to fill a vacancy, you agree to provide accurate job descriptions, reasonable timelines, and all necessary information to facilitate the recruitment process.
3.2 Fees and Payment
- •Permanent Placements: Success-based fees payable upon successful hire, as outlined in your service agreement.
- •Temporary Staffing: Rates as agreed in the service agreement.
- •Executive Search & RPO: Custom pricing as outlined in your service agreement.
Payment terms are Net 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 2% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
3.3 Guarantee Period
For permanent placements, we offer a 90-day replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause within 90 days of their start date, we will replace them at no additional fee. This guarantee does not cover redundancy, restructuring, or dismissal for reasons outside the candidate's performance.
3.4 Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- •Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in a timely manner
- •Provide feedback on candidates within 48 hours of interviews
- •Notify AZ Recruitment immediately upon hiring a candidate we introduced
- •Not approach or hire candidates introduced by AZ Recruitment through other agencies or directly without our written consent
3.5 Temp-to-Perm Conversions
If you wish to hire a temporary worker on a permanent basis, a conversion fee applies as outlined in your service agreement. Hiring a temporary worker without payment of the conversion fee constitutes a breach of these Terms.
4Terms for Job Seekers
4.1 Registration
When you register with AZ Recruitment, you grant us permission to represent you to potential employers, submit your resume to suitable roles, and contact you regarding job opportunities.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information provided in your resume, application, and communications with us is accurate, truthful, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from roles or termination of services.
4.3 No Fees for Job Seekers
AZ Recruitment does not charge job seekers for general recruitment services. However, optional career services such as resume writing, interview coaching, and career transition consulting may incur fees as outlined in separate service agreements.
4.4 Confidentiality
We will not submit your application to any employer without your explicit consent. You may request that your profile be withheld from specific companies at any time.
4.5 Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates agree to:
- •Attend scheduled interviews and provide reasonable notice if unable to attend
- •Inform AZ Recruitment immediately upon accepting a job offer
- •Not apply directly to roles we have introduced to you without informing us
- •Provide honest feedback about interviews and job opportunities
5Intellectual Property
All content on the AZ Recruitment website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AZ Recruitment Pty. Ltd. and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
6Data Protection and Privacy
AZ Recruitment is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

7Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ Recruitment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
We make reasonable efforts to verify candidate qualifications and conduct reference checks, but we do not guarantee the suitability, performance, or conduct of any candidate. Employers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that specific placement or service.
8Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Melbourne, Victoria, in accordance with the Resolution Institute Mediation Rules.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
9Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. However, fees for completed placements or services rendered prior to termination remain payable.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate relationships with clients or candidates who breach these Terms or engage in unethical conduct.
10Changes to Terms
AZ Recruitment reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
